When Transmitted light only: "T" dichroic position.  Also see "Setting up for transmitted light imaging" for configuration of transmitted light path.

 With Fluorescence: Set filters for corresponding fluorescence imaging.
Set Front switches to n.c. and remote

* The dichroic cube in the M position may need changing.  Alternate cubes are stored in the plastic drawer.  Move carousel 2 positions counter clockwise from the M position and carefully pull out the dichroic from the left side access port.  Please store removed cube in one of the plastic storage cubes.

^ These are the old positions and may be what are programmed in your profile.  Imaging is superior with the new settings.

** The filtercube for far-red flruoescence may not be installed in the dichroic turret.
