Booking Policies

A responsible and courteous approach to the operation, reserving and other users of the confocal system is expected.  The booking calendar lists booked users' contact information to help with scheduling and coordinated powering down of the lasers.

• Only users who have completed the introductory training orientation from the MHMF staff may operate and book resources.
• Users must use only their own Windows account.  No exceptions!
• Resources are available after hours to validated users.  Please follow these After hours user access instructions.
• Walk up use by qualified users is permitted.  Please enter yourself in the appropriate booking calendar immediately so others know the system is being used.
